Remote Access is now available through the Orca Display and Orca App. If your boat doesn't have a WiFi network, you can now use Remote Access by leaving a the Orca App running on a device with cellular internet in the boat.
Issue reporting has been streamlined, allowing you to attach logs from your boat's network for faster issue resolution. Simply select "Report an Issue" from the main menu and follow the instructions.
